Brad has been awarded six important nationally recognized and respected professional designations.
The ABR
The Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation demonstrates continued education in the field of buyer representation, and proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
The CRB
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized throughout the industry as the measure of success for real estate brokerage management.
The CRS
The coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS®. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
The GRI
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation certifies completion of an intensive series of 14 lecture courses in areas such as: marketing and negotiating skills, technology, financing, new disclosures and the legal aspects of real estate.
The SRES
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation certifies training specific to the real estate needs of adults over 55 years of age.
e-PRO
The e-PRO designation is the online internet training program specifically designed to certify real estate professionals as “internet professionals” and is endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
Brad also holds Bachelor's degrees in both marketing and business administration.
